Trekking in Chiang Mai

At 7.00 a.m. we leave by mini-bus to Chiang Rai. stopping at a hot spring on the way. Afterwards we visit to Yao and Akha hill-tribe villages. We will also visit Chiang Saen, a historical city which dates back more than 700 years. Next we visit the notorious Golden Triangle (where the borders of Thailand, Myanmar and Laos merge) and the spectacular Mae Khong River. We have lunch on the way at the end of this trip, we will visit Mae Sai at the Myanmar border. At an extra cost you may cross into Myanmar for a short period to observe a lively Black Market. We will return to Chiang mai at 7 - 8 p.m.
